# How often should I get my air ducts cleaned?

There is no standard answer for this question because duct cleaning depends on several factors, such as:

-       Presence of pets in your home
-       Do you have respiratory issues, like asthma, chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis, etc?

So, for example, if you or someone in your home is suffering from respiratory problems or you live in a city with a high pollen count, you should get your ducts cleaned at least once a year.
