My window was 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. By 4:30 I called the company to find out what was going on and to say I was unable to wait any longer (I had already waited 2 and 1/2 hours). Again, if he was calling 30 minutes before he was going to arrive, he would not have been there until 5:00 p.m. which was the end of the window. Additionally, the company trief to call me during the window that I was waiting for their serviceman to arrive to *sell me their services* as if I didn't already have an appointment which was very disconcerting. Finally, when someone let me know that the service man got held up at his prior appointment and asked me to reschedule, they made no offer of compensating me for my wasted time.
