My window was 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. By 4:30 I called the company to find out what was going on and to say I was unable to wait any longer (I had already waited 2 and 1/2 hours). Again, if he was calling 30 minutes before he was going to arrive, he would not have been there until 5:00 p.m. which was the end of the window. Additionally, the company trief to call me during the window that I was waiting for their serviceman to arrive to *sell me their services* as if I didn't already have an appointment which was very disconcerting.
